OceanView is a Montreal based enterprise dedicated to providing customers with quality marine livestock and dry goods. Our love for the hobby has enabled us to gather both the knowledge and expertise to provide aquarists with the proper information needed with regards to the marine hobby.

Our Holding Facilities:
Our holding facilities are similar to those of the hobbyist. Our priority at OceanView is to focus on the health of the livestock. ALL of our livestock is kept in facilities with state of the art lighting and modern filtration techniques. Our tanks are maintained daily to ensure that the livestock's requirements are met.
Our main holding tank houses most Large Polyp Stonies, Small Polyp Stonies and Clam species. Our 200+ gallon aquarium is lit with three three 400 watt 14000K Ushio metal halide bulbs, which provide the proper lighting for corals/clams to thrive. We have several fish, invert and soft coral tanks with similar set-up conditions.
How we function:
OceanView believes in "what you see is what you get". Digital pictures of our entire inventory are available. Most common corals/clams/inverts/live rock and fish are readily available. All pictures seen on this site are actual pictures of marine livestock we received in the past (dated) and marine livestock available for your order.
What does it all mean?
The customer sends an e-mail to us with a marine livestock request; we take a picture of the available livestock and send it back via e-mail. The customer then chooses the item desired and receives the actual item seen on the digital picture.
Shipping:
Shipping methods are at the customers' discretion. We offer a variety of shipping methods. Once informed of your address, we will advise you with the most efficient method of transport at the lowest cost.

Guarantee:
We guarantee live delivery of all of our livestock. This includes fish, corals, inverts and clams.
Information:
Any information regarding our livestock future shipments, dry goods, or general inquiries are supplied via e-mail. We encourage our customers to email us to inform themselves about requirements for certain species. We at OceanView will provide a detailed email with regards to acclimatization, difficulty of care and the general requirements of the animal within a 24-hour period.
